
Kayti Pohlman, MSW, LMSW

Kayti received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology with a minor in Human Services from Metropolitan State University of Denver and her Master of Social Work, with a Trauma Informed Care Specialization, from University of Northern Iowa. Kayti has worked in various settings including: juvenile court, law enforcement, mental health crisis response, and PMIC day treatment. Kayti has been a therapist since 2018 and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
Kayti provides virtual counseling services and primarily works with teens and adults. Kayti has experience working with children, adolescents, and families in clinical and school settings with a specialization in behavioral/educational interventions, trauma, and sexual-based crimes. Kayti also has experience working with ADD/ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related stressors.
Kayti can meet with anyone in the State of Iowa virtually, which eliminates barriers of transportation, drive time, inclement weather, and illness.
Kayti began her career with RISE in August 2022.
