Brenna is the Director of Operations for RISE Counseling & Consulting and the driving force behind the practice's seamless daily operations. Focusing on optimized clinical workflows and high-level business functions, she ensures the non-clinical side of the organization excels - allowing providers to focus entirely on client care. Brenna manages the brand’s digital footprint and community presence through integrated marketing and sponsorships, while overseeing a growing portfolio of nine office locations - managing everything from site acquisition to full operational setup.
Brenna has previously worked in commercial real estate doing marketing, sales, and other executive assistant functions.
In Brenna’s free time she enjoys cycling, baking, and spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.
Brenna began her career with RISE in March 2024.
