Insurances Accepted at RISE
One of the first steps in determining that RISE is a good fit for you is to review our insurance list below to see if yours is accepted. Regardless of In Network (INN) or Out-Of-Network (OON) status, we encourage all clients to contact their insurance to confirm benefits and estimated cost prior to beginning therapy.

These insurances are Out-Of-Network (OON):

Medical Associates Health Plans (MAHP) – If your PCP/GP requests a referral for RISE and MAHP provides you with an authorization, we can bill this plan for you.

Optum/UnitedHealthcare – While we are OON with all plans under Optum, we can bill these out-of-network on your behalf. Please check your insurance plan’s OON coverage prior to completing the New Client Information Form. Clients are responsible for whatever insurance does not cover, up to the RISE private pay rates.
