Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clarke University, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loras College. She became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in June 2026, and provides office-based services in our Peosta office, as well as virtual sessions.
Her prior experience includes working with children and young adults. Courtney enjoys helping teens and young adults through difficult life transitions. In addition, she has experience working with depression, anxiety, inattention, and trauma.
With a person-centered approach, Courtney uses counseling as a way to empower clients to be the best versions of themselves. She believes in fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients to feel safe and able to take on challenges.
Courtney began as an intern at RISE in September 2025 and as a therapist in June 2026.
