Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clarke University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loras College. Courtney became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (tLMHC) in June 2026.

Courtney provides office-based services in our Peosta office as well as virtual sessions. Courtney has experience working with children and young adults. Courtney enjoys helping teens and young adults through difficult life transitions. In addition, Courtney has experience working with depression, anxiety, inattention, and trauma.
Courtney takes a person-centered approach to counseling and uses counseling as a way to empower clients to be the best versions of themselves. Courtney believes in fostering a supportive and non-judgemental environment for clients to feel safe and able to take on challenges.

Courtney began as an intern at RISE in September 2025 and as a therapist in June 2026.
