Katie has worked in the mental health field since 2020 and began working as a therapist in June 2024. She provides office-based and virtual sessions to individuals and couples aged 16 and up out of our Peosta office.
Katie works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Whether you're struggling with communication, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply overwhelmed, she offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s going on and find a path forward. Her approach is collaborative and holistic, integrating evidence-based tools with a deep respect for your unique experiences and strengths.
