Katie obtained her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Dubuque and her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loras College. Katie has worked in the mental health field since 2020 and began working as a therapist in June 2024.

Katie provides office-based and virtual sessions to individuals and couples ages 16 and up out of our Peosta office. Katie works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Whether you're struggling with communication, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply overwhelmed, she offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s going on and find a path forward. Katie's approach is collaborative and holistic, integrating evidence-based tools with a deep respect for your unique experiences and strengths. Together, she will work with you to build insight, heal emotional wounds, and strengthen your connection to yourself and others.

 

Katie began her career with RISE in August 2025.
