Lynne became a temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 2025. Lynne offers virtual therapy to individuals ages 13 and older.

Lynne has a background in teaching and school counseling as well as mental health counseling. Her professional experience includes working with adolescents and young adults navigating identity, self-esteem, anxiety, stress, and the high school and collegiate journey. Lynne is passionate about working with individuals as they navigate college and career decisions as well as family dynamics and relationships. Lynne is also especially passionate about supporting individuals in the education field who may be facing challenges, frustrations, and burnout and may be seeking a therapist with first-hand experience working in education.

A cornerstone of Lynne's therapeutic philosophy is her commitment to practicing with unconditional positive regard. She prioritizes creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely. Whether you're facing mental health concerns, relationship challenges, career frustrations, burnout, life transitions, grief, or other issues, Lynne provides a safe, empathetic, and judgment-free space for individuals to explore their challenges and work towards meaningful solutions. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Lynne tailors her approach to meet you where you are and recognizes that each individual's journey is unique. By fostering an environment of acceptance and understanding, Lynne encourages individuals to open up and engage in the therapeutic process with trust and confidence.

Lynne began as an intern at RISE in December 2024 and began as a therapist in September 2025.
