Mackinsey is an Administrative Assistant & Billing Specialist at RISE Counseling & Consulting in our Anamosa and Maquoketa Office. She handles new client referrals, intake paperwork and questionnaires, benefit eligibility checks, and appointment scheduling. She also helps with verifying insurance, submitting and processing claims, and oversees clients balances.
Mackinsey has experience working in behavioral health as a Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS) Provider and also as a Behavior Interventionist for Maquoketa Middle School.
In Mackinsey’s free time she enjoys watching her son’s sporting events, golfing, camping, and spending time with friends and family at the racetrack!
Mackinsey began her career with RISE in June 2024.
