Morgan earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Upper Iowa University in 2017 and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loras College in 2020. She has worked in the mental health field as a therapist since 2020 and became an independently Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in 2023.

Morgan provides office-based counseling services in our DeWitt office as well as school-based therapy services and virtual appointments. She works primarily with children and adolescents ages 10–17, young adults, first responders, healthcare professionals, and the loved ones who support them. As a Certified First Responder Provider, Morgan understands the unique challenges faced by emergency personnel, healthcare workers, and their families, and is passionate about helping them navigate the demands, stressors, and emotional impact of their professions.

Morgan has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, and everyday life stressors. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative, incorporating evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and strengths-based interventions. She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Morgan believes that therapy should be tailored to each individual's unique needs and works alongside clients to develop practical skills, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals.

Morgan began her career with RISE in June 2026.
