Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loras College and a Master of Social Work from Clarke University. Rachel became a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in 2020.
Rachel provides office-based services in the Elkader office, as well as school-based and virtual sessions. Rachel is open to working with individuals age 3 and up. She has experience addressing behavioral concerns in children, emotional regulation, coping skills, supporting parenting skills, and guiding parents and children through the foster care and adoption process. Rachel also has prior experience working with adults with severe mental illness. Rachel is trained in trauma-informed care and is passionate about working with anxiety, depression, inattention, hyperactivity, postpartum depression, and other day-to-day stressors.
Rachel focuses on the therapist-client relationship, using empathy and grace to allow individuals to be true to themselves and share openly without judgment. Rachel is committed to helping people reach their full potential and live the life they desire.

Rachel began her career with RISE in March of 2026.
