Aspen received her Bachelor of Science from Clarke University and her Master of Arts from Loras College. She has worked in mental health & behavioral health since 2016. Aspen has been a therapist since 2019 and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Aspen provides school-based therapy working with Preschool through 12th grade students at Midland Community School District & Olin Elementary School.
Aspen specializes in mood disorders, trauma, oppositional and defiant behaviors, and difficulties with concentration and attention. Aspen is working to become a Registered Play Therapist and uses play therapy in her sessions with students.
Aspen began her career with Midland CSD + RISE in August 2022.
