Family Therapy

We utilize play therapy techniques to work with children ages 3 and up. In play therapy, toys are the child's words and play is their language. Play Therapy can help children with self-expression, self-esteem, regulating their mood, connecting to others positively, navigating life adjustments and stressors, and working through past trauma.

Grief & Loss

RISE clinicians are trauma-informed and will help you process through upsetting events you have experienced whether they occurred recently or a long time ago. Trauma often includes witnessing or experiencing abuse, neglect, a violent crime, racism or oppression, an auto accident, or natural disaster but trauma is any event where your brain is unable to cope afterwards so there is no limit as to what can be considered a trauma. 70% of adults in the United States have experienced some type of traumatic event at least once in their lives (source). RISE providers are trained in Brainspotting & EMDR.
