Abbie received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Ambrose University in May 2023 and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand View University in May 2025. Throughout her time in her graduate program, Abbie consistently worked with children and adolescents in a school-based setting, focusing on a variety of mental health and behavioral health concerns. Abbie has been a temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (tLMHC) since June 2025.
At RISE, Abbie provides office-based, school-based, and virtual counseling services out of our Manchester office. She works with children, adolescents, and young adults. Her experience includes working with behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, histories of trauma, and individuals who are neurodivergent. She has also worked with parents and families to help them support their child in a multitude of ways.
Abbie facilitates a supportive and safe environment in session that allows individuals to embrace their authentic selves. When working with Abbie, you will be able to collaborate in order to set goals for yourself or your child that will allow them to bloom into the best version of themselves. She utilizes a variety of techniques in therapy, including cognitive-behavioral and play therapy approaches, to best fit the needs of her clients. Abbie is passionate about helping individuals and looks forward to meeting with you and supporting your or your child's mental health goals!
Abbie began her career with RISE in June 2025.
