Allison Manning received a Bachelor of Science degree from Emmaus University in 2014, and is currently a student at Columbia International University (CIU) pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She plans to graduate with her degree in May 2027.
Through our intern rate, Allison provides office-based services in our Peosta office, as well as offering virtual sessions.
Allison’s approach to counseling is affirming, warm, and authentic. She seeks to provide a holistic approach to counseling with an interest in theories such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Allison also seeks to give clients space to express and accept their thoughts and emotions as a way to move towards change.
She began as an intern at RISE in June 2026.
