Bailey received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Mercy University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She has worked in the medical field since 2015 in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Bailey has been a Med Prescriber since 2023, and is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
Her medication management services are primarily provided to those aged 4+ in the Monticello office, as well as virtually. She specializes in ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and psychosis.
Bailey began her career with RISE in April 2026.
