Bridget Kleitsch is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful healing and personal growth. Bridget is also a Certified Brainspotting Therapist and is in the process of becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT™). Bridget has been a therapist since 2020.
As a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, Bridget utilizes this innovative somatic psychotherapy to help clients incorporate both mind and body into the healing process through harnessing the orienting reflex of the eyes. This “bottom-up” approach targets the brain’s limbic system, bypassing cognitive barriers to uncover and heal the root causes of emotional pain. By guiding clients to explore their physical sensations, emotions, and visual field, Bridget helps to release distress, build resilience, and achieve lasting change.
