Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a Master of Social Work from Capella University. Jenna became a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in 2026.
Jenna provides office-based services in our Dyersville office as well as virtual sessions. Jenna works with individuals ages 4 to 18, supporting children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma-related stress, behavioral concerns, and adjustment challenges. She also helps youth navigate family transitions, school stress, peer conflict, and self-esteem issues.
Her approach is evidence-based and tailored to each client’s age, needs, and individual strengths. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, incorporating play-based interventions with younger children, along with mindfulness and strengths-based strategies across age groups.
Jenna began as an intern at RISE in January 2025 and as a therapist in April 2026.
