Karah served as an elementary school counselor from 2002 to 2018 before relocating to Eastern Iowa. In 2025, she completed her certificate in Mental Health Counseling and joined the RISE team.
Working with clients aged 4+, Karah has extensive experience working with children. She also has a special passion for working with women, supporting them through the unique physical and emotional changes they encounter across their lifespan. She specializes in grief, conflict-resolution, and learning difficulties. She loves to incorporate play, music, art, and movement into her sessions as well.
