Through our intern rate, Katie provides office-based services in our Cascade office as well as offering virtual sessions.
Katie is passionate about building relationships with people and helping them deepen their connection with their internal and external experiences. She is particularly interested in present moment awareness, mindfulness, and working with mood and anxiety disorders. She also has experience in working with the mind-body connection through her work as a yoga instructor.
