As the Human Resources Manager for RISE, Megan efficiently manages employee benefits, payroll, background checks, credentialing, and assists in the hiring process.
She brings a dynamic blend of experience in both banking and insurance, where she’s developed strong skills in customer service, leadership, and building genuine, lasting relationships. She is passionate about spreading joy, lifting others up, and leaving every place brighter than she found it.
In her free time, Megan loves spending time with her husband and two sons, getting her hands dirty outside (pretending to have a green thumb), and catching up with friends and family.
She enjoys following and cheering for her favorite teams: the Iowa Hawkeyes, Da Bears, and the Indiana Fever.
Megan began her career with RISE in June 2025.
