He is beginning his professional journey in the mental health field as a counseling intern, where he is developing his clinical skills.
Through our intern rate, Neale works with individuals and families of all ages. He has experience with clients going through a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, stress, and emotional regulation difficulties. He primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal goals.
Neale has worked with individuals with brain injuries for seven years and is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer (CBIST).
He believes that every individual has unique strengths and experiences that can serve as the foundation for growth and healing. He strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard and empowered. Neale works alongside clients to build self-awareness, foster resilience, and develop practical skills that can improve their overall well-being and quality of life.
Neale began as an intern at RISE in May 2026.
