Santana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Child, Adult, and Family Services and Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Northern Iowa. Santana has been in the mental health field since 2017 and became a Licensed Master in Social Work in 2023. Santana has experience providing counseling and crisis management in a variety of settings including schools, victim services, a suicide hotline, and hospice social work. Santana has been a therapist since 2023 and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

Santana provides office-based services in the Monticello office as well as virtual sessions.
Santana works with individuals ages 5-35. Santana provides a safe, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and those healing from trauma, including sexual abuse. Backed by extensive clinical experience and a master's specialization in Trauma-Informed Care, she expertly supports clients navigating anxiety, mood disorders, suicidal thoughts, focus difficulties, and behavioral challenges.
