Susie received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Mount Mercy College and her Master of Arts in Social Work from St. Ambrose University. With over twenty years of experience in the field of social work, Susie works with clients who have complex care needs. She has worked in a variety of settings, including: DHS case management, community based case management, Medicaid case management, guardianship case management, and as a care coordinator for Child Health Specialty Clinic.
Susie is passionate about building relationships with people and helping them live their best life. She is able to work with symptoms of depression, anxiety, inattention or hyperactivity, and phase of life adjustments. She also specializes in working with disabilities.
Susie provides office-based and virtual therapy out of our Manchester office. She primarily works with teens 13+ and adults. She can also meet with anyone in the State of Iowa virtually, which eliminates barriers of transportation, drive time, inclement weather, and illness.
Susie began her career with RISE in April 2024.
